SUPER MEW XX is GULL SUPER MEW as a strap fin for boots, and GULL says it keeps the same feel as the full-foot fin. A long sole and high instep wrap your whole boot, for a direct feel from kick to drive. The blade is as wide as SUPER MEW but shorter on purpose for easier handling, which GULL says makes it comfortable for every diver. GULL recommends it for divers who want power that matches their kick, 1:1.

Strap fins usually fit less snugly than full-foot fins. XX fixes that with a long sole and high instep that wrap the whole boot and stop the toe sliding sideways, for a direct feel from kick to drive. Even more comfortable with GULL GS Boots.
Soft rubber in the pocket for comfort with a secure fit, the hardest rubber in the ribs for structure and rebound, and a slightly softer stiff rubber in the blade to push a lot of water with every kick.
The blade keeps SUPER MEW's width but is shorter, so it is easier to handle with the same feel. It is also shaped to catch the water when you need to go straight up.
A thicker sole with a new tread pattern grips better. Dimples cut turbulence so more of your kick becomes drive, and channels send the water backwards instead of out to the sides.
