The terms for using the Dive Records website and buying gear, courses and trips.
About us
This website is run by Dive Records ("we"). We are an authorised dealer for the brands sold on this website.
By using the website or ordering from us, you accept these terms. We may update them and will show the date of the latest update above. A confirmed order follows the terms in force on the day it was placed.
Products and prices
- Product information follows the brands' official data. Colours in photos may differ slightly depending on your screen.
- Prices are in Thai baht. Prices shown in other currencies are approximate.
- Prices and stock can change. The price that applies is the one we confirm with you when you order.
- If a price on the website is clearly wrong, we will tell you before taking payment, and you may cancel.
Orders
- A sale is made once we confirm your order and receive full payment.
- If an item sells out after you pay, we refund you in full within 15 days or offer you another item.
- Shipping, size exchanges and returns follow our shipping & exchange policy.
Using dive gear safely
- Diving carries risk. Scuba equipment such as regulators, BCDs and dive computers should be used by trained, certified divers at the right level.
- Read the brand's manual before use and have equipment serviced on the brand's schedule.
- Articles and videos on this website are general knowledge, not a substitute for training with an instructor.
- If a brand recalls a model you bought from us, we will contact you using the details you gave us.
Courses and trips
- Students and trip guests must give truthful health and diving-experience information and follow the instructor's directions.
- An instructor or trip leader may keep you out of the water if it is unsafe for you or others.
- Anyone under 20 needs a parent's or guardian's consent.
- Deposits, balance payments and rescheduling follow our shipping & exchange policy.
Intellectual property
Our own photos, videos and text on this website belong to Dive Records and may not be used without permission. Product photos, specifications, brand names and logos belong to their brands and are used with permission.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. These terms do not limit any rights you have under consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Thai law.
