Small, light and travel-sized
Aqualung made the Helix Compact small and light for travel, while keeping the advantages of a full-size regulator. It lists the first stage at 700 g (25 oz) in INT (yoke) and 475 g (17 oz) in DIN.
Small, light and travel-sized, designed and made in France
Aqualung describes the Helix Compact as so small and light you would hardly notice it is there. It is designed for divers who want to save space and keep the advantages of a full-size regulator: comfort, breathing ease and function in a travel-sized package. The balanced second stage is compact, which Aqualung calls ideal for smaller faces, such as those of women and younger divers. It has a Venturi switch, and opening channels in the cover reduce cracking effort by 20%, according to Aqualung. Aqualung lists a work of breathing of 1.25 J/L. Designed and made in France.
