The pack is the complete Helix Pro regulator, first and second stage, plus an octopus, a pressure gauge and a bag. Aqualung's photo shows a yellow octopus with the Aqualung logo, a single pressure gauge on a hose and a round black zip bag with the AQUALUNG logo, but the page text names none of their models. The first stage comes in two versions, DIN and INT (yoke), one per pack: match the tank valves you dive with. Aqualung lists a maximum working pressure of 300 bar in DIN and 232 bar in yoke.
The first stage is over-balanced and the second stage is pneumatically balanced, which Aqualung says gives superior breathing performance; Aqualung lists a work of breathing of 0.95 J/L. The first stage has Aqualung's patented Auto Closure Device (ACD) and a permanent dry chamber. The second stage has a Venturi switch (MIN / MAX), opening channels in the cover that reduce cracking effort by 20%, according to Aqualung, and a heat exchanger.
The braided hose is flexible, comfortable and easy to travel with. Aqualung designs the Helix Pro for the years ahead and calls for a service every 2 years for optimal performance.

Aqualung's page for this pack gives the same regulator description as the Helix Pro page; the difference is that the pack adds an octopus, a pressure gauge and a bag. The Helix Pro Stage 3 set is the regulator and an octopus, and Aqualung lists no gauge or bag in it.
