SCUBAPRO

MK25 EVO / S600

A steady flow of air, whatever the depth, temperature or workload

SCUBAPRO pairs its best-selling air-balanced second stage, the S600, with the MK25 EVO, which it calls its top-performing air-balanced piston first stage. SCUBAPRO says the combo is well known for its low work of breathing and has ranked year after year among the top-performing regulator systems on the market. The MK25 EVO gives an ultra-fast breathing response, instant air on demand, great sensitivity and impressive airflow. The S600 gives smooth, easy inhalation and exhalation, with a powerful purge, an inhalation effort knob and VIVA. Together they keep the air flowing steadily whatever your depth, the water temperature or your workload. Choose INT or DIN 300.

Highlights

MK25 EVO: an air-balanced piston for instant air on demand

The MK25 EVO first stage uses an air-balanced flow-through piston in a chrome-plated brass body. SCUBAPRO says it gives an ultra-fast breathing response, instant delivery of air on demand, great sensitivity and impressive airflow. It has two opposing HP ports and five LP ports on a swivel turret (four high-flow, one axial super high-flow).

XTIS insulation and anti-freeze protection

The MK25 EVO first stage carries SCUBAPRO's patented XTIS (Extended Thermal Insulating System) and anti-freeze protection, and SCUBAPRO says the system keeps a steady flow of air whatever the water temperature.

S600: smooth breathing, a durable build

The S600 is, according to SCUBAPRO, its best-selling air-balanced second stage, with smooth and easy inhalation and exhalation. The case and front cover are reinforced technopolymer with a stainless steel frame, and the valve housing (barrel) is metal.

Adjust your breathing, a powerful purge

The inhalation effort knob lets you adjust the breathing yourself, alongside the VIVA (Venturi-Initiated Vacuum Assist) dive/pre-dive switch and a purge SCUBAPRO calls powerful. The super-flow hose has a larger inside diameter, and the mouthpiece is orthodontic.

FAQ

INT or DIN 300: which one should I choose?

It is how the first stage connects to the tank valve, so match the valves you dive with. INT (yoke) clamps onto the valve; DIN 300 screws straight into it. Not sure? Ask us on LINE.

Can I use it with nitrox?

Yes. SCUBAPRO rates it for nitrox mixes up to 40%.

Can I use it in cold water?

The MK25 EVO first stage has XTIS insulation and anti-freeze protection, and SCUBAPRO says the system keeps a steady flow of air whatever the water temperature.

How many ports does it have?

Two opposing HP ports and five LP ports on a swivel turret: four high-flow and one axial super high-flow.
