Highlights

Bright IPS colour screen, readable in sunlight

The ultra-bright colour display reads in all conditions, even direct sunlight. Aqualung says the IPS screen gives richer colours and accurate viewing from all angles. You can turn the brightness down to extend battery life, and a lens protector comes with the computer.

Two buttons, last dive at one press

Two-button navigation keeps the menu simple. One button shows your last dive, with maximum depth and bottom time, and History mode keeps your last 24 dives on the computer.

Four modes, up to three gases underwater

Choose Air, Nitrox, Gauge (with run timer) or Free Dive, which keeps tracking calculations so you can switch between dive and freedive. Switch up to three gases underwater, from 21% to 100% O₂, with PO2 settable from 1.1 to 1.6. The algorithm is ZHL-16 C Sport version, with gradient factors.

Rechargeable, with Bluetooth 5.0 and DiverLog+

The lithium-ion battery recharges through a magnetic charging cable that connects quickly and securely. Bluetooth 5.0 sends your dives to the DiverLog+ app (iOS and Android), where you can add location, notes and pictures and manage the computer's advanced settings. Software updates download online, with the optional download cable.

A NATO strap that loops all the way round

The NATO strap wraps all the way under the watch face and doubles back into a full loop, for added security and moisture wicking, with a simple buckle closure.

FAQ

How long does the battery last?

Aqualung's page gives no hours per charge. It says the lithium-ion battery recharges through a magnetic charging cable, and that lowering the screen brightness extends battery life.

Can I use it for freediving?

Yes. Free Dive mode keeps tracking calculations so you can switch between dive and freedive. The other modes are Air, Nitrox and Gauge (with run timer).

Does it connect to my phone?

Yes. Bluetooth 5.0 connects it to the DiverLog+ app on iOS and Android, where you can add location, notes and pictures, manage advanced settings and share your dives on social media.

Which safety settings and alarms does it have?

The algorithm is ZHL-16 C Sport version, with gradient factors, deep stops and an adjustable safety stop. It adjusts for altitude automatically and lets you select fresh or salt water. It has an audible alarm, plus alarms for max depth, DTR, EDT, max PO2 and N2BG.

Does it have a compass?

No. Aqualung lists no compass for the i330R. If you need one built in, ask us on LINE.
