CX3+ is Dive Rite's handheld dive light for divers who want bright, focused light and effortless control. A crisp 8° beam puts out 1900 lumens and, according to Dive Rite, pierces the dark to reveal every detail. One head-mounted button gives four power levels and strobe, an LED shows the battery level, and a lockout mode stops accidental turn-ons while diving or travelling. The body is Type III hard-anodised aluminium, waterproof to 100 m.

How long does the battery last?
Per Dive Rite, with the included battery: High 3 h · Medium 5.5 h · Low 11 h · Very Low 28 h · Strobe 12 h. Peak output is measured within 30 seconds of switching on with a fresh charge and slowly tapers in use.
How long does charging take, and how do I know it is full?
About 2.5 hours on the magnetic quick-disconnect charger. The LED shows red while charging and turns green when full.
How do I lock it for travel?
Hold the button for 3 seconds; the light flashes 3 times to show it is locked. Pressing the button while locked just flashes it 3 times. To unlock, hold for 3 seconds again; it flashes twice and works as normal.
How deep is it rated, and how heavy is it?
Waterproof to 100 m (330 ft); 11.8 oz (334.5 g) with battery; 6.1 × 1.7 in (15.5 × 4.3 cm).
