Two valves keep water out
If a wave breaks over the snorkel, the upper valve sends most of the water out before it reaches the mouthpiece. Any water that gets past it drains through the lower valve.
Two valves keep water out, and a gentle puff clears the reservoir
Impulse Classic belongs to Aqualung's Impulse snorkel line, which Aqualung introduced in 1989. Two valves keep water out. If a wave breaks over the snorkel, the upper valve sends most of the water out before it reaches the mouthpiece, and any water that gets past drains through the lower valve. Clearing the reservoir below the mouthpiece takes a gentle puff. Want the mouthpiece to drop away when you are not using it? See Aqualung Impulse Classic Flex: the same two valves plus a flex section.

There is a reservoir below the mouthpiece, and clearing it takes just a gentle puff.
Aqualung introduced its Impulse snorkel line in 1989. Impulse Classic has no flex section; Aqualung Impulse Classic Flex has the same two valves and adds a flex section that drops away when not in use.
Both have the two valves that keep water out, and on both a gentle puff clears the reservoir below the mouthpiece. Impulse Classic Flex adds a flex section that is easy to position and drops away when not in use; Impulse Classic has none. Still unsure? Ask us on LINE.
