Aqualung made the Helix Compact Pro Octopus small and compact for your next dive trip, whether or not you own a Helix Compact Pro or Helix Compact regulator. Its high-visibility yellow hose gives quick identification in an emergency, and it is braided, flexible and easy to transport. It is pneumatically balanced, with a Venturi switch you can work in gloves and a heat exchanger. Aqualung lists a work of breathing of 1.25 J/L. Designed and made in France.

A yellow braided hose, quick to find and easy to pack
The 1 m braided hose and the front cover are yellow. Aqualung says the high-visibility yellow hose gives quick identification in an emergency, and that the braided hose gives flexibility, comfort and easy transport.
Cover channels against free-flow in strong current
Wide radial openings in the cover let water flow sideways over the diaphragm. Aqualung says they prevent free-flow when diving in strong currents and reduce cracking effort by 20%. It is pneumatically balanced, and Aqualung lists a work of breathing of 1.25 J/L.
A Venturi switch you work in gloves
Set it to MIN for the least assistance and a higher inhalation effort, ideal to avoid free-flow. Set it to MAX for the most assistance and a lower inhalation effort. The overmolded lever works even in gloves.
Comfo-Bite mouthpiece and heat exchanger
The Comfo-Bite mouthpiece has a palate bridge and is made of hypoallergenic silicone. It swaps without tools and is held by a reusable clip. There is a heat exchanger, and Aqualung marks it for cold and warm water.
